  • How early do I need to be to my appointment?
    All persons who have an appointment with us should be in place 15 minutes ahead of your service time.
  • What happens if I miss my appointment?
    If you miss your appointment, we ask that you do us the courtesy of calling ahead to advise us that you won't be able to make it and to reschedule another date here: https://knockoutbeauty.setmore.com
  • Do I have to pay a deposit before my service begins?
    There is no need to pay a deposit before your service begins. However, services require full payment upon completion.
  • What payment options do you have?
    We accept the following payment options: Cash Bank or Wire Transfer Online Payments
  • Do you offer free consulations?
    Microlinks is the only service that requires a consultation so that we can assess your hair and its texture.
  • Do you accept walk ins?
    Knock Out Beauty is an appointment only establishment. You must schedule an appointment in order to be seen.
  • Can I book an appointment without knowing which hair style I want?
    Unfortunately, our booking systems are automated and therefore require that you select the style desired in order to schedule an appointment with us.
  • Is hair included in the services?
    With our Microlink Services, hair is included. All other services call for you to bring your own hair or purchase units from our online storefront.
  • How much is a retouch or tightening of my braids?

  • Is the Microlink installation process painful?
    The Microlink installation process is completely painless. It also promotes hair growth.
  • How long does my hair need to be for a microlink installation?
    Your hair must be able to go up into a high ponytail in order to be eligible for Microlinks.
  • Is the Frontal installation process painful?
  • Is glue used to during the Frontal installation process?
    Yes, we do use glue with our frontal. It makes it a lot easier for you, as the client, to manage your installation at home.
