As a certified public accountant since 2010, holding a BA in Accounting from the College of The Bahamas, Kavonne Thurston brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. With over 10 years in finance, she has performed audits across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, quasi-government, insurance, and construction.

Her tenure at various companies, including Deloitte in both senior and management roles, has proven her to be pivotal in risk management and training initiatives throughout the Caribbean.

Ms Rolle has worked in various capacities in the Industry, including Commercial Lines Manager. She has over 20 years of Insurance Industry knowledge which includes Life, Health and General Insurance. Ms. Rolle has worked with the Bahamas Insurance regulators, The Insurance Commission of the Bahamas, with international training in insurance regulation.

Ms Rolle is registered with the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas as an insurance Life, Health and General Insurance salesperson in the Bahamas since 1999. She currently holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and is currently completing an MBA in Business Management Consultancy from Anglia Ruskin University in London.

Andrew has several years’ worth of experience in the construction industry in the UK before moving back home in 2017.  During this time he worked on projects involving the Metropolitan Police Service, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and London Borough of Camden.  Andrew holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and is working towards gaining Chartered Engineer status.  He is now the President of the New Providence Water Development Company.

C. Dean Tseretopoulos, M.D. is certified by the American Board of 
Internal Medicine in the specialties of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases.

He is the owner and operator of the Lyford Cay Hospital/Bahamas Heart Institute and has been practicing there since 1987.
