All fees are non-refundable non-negotiable & non-transferable

Tuition, Fees and Terms of Service are amended annually at the sole discretion of the administrative body here at Greyford Academy. Please be sure to review current information before making payments to avoid advancing incorrect figures.

Greyford Academy Services:

PRE ACCEPTANCE

Application & Testing Fee: $250.00

A non-refundable fee payable in advance of testing and is submitted with each enrollment application for children entering Pre-K and beyond.

Registration Fee: $300

A non-refundable fee paid once per child

Seat Fee: $200

A non-refundable fee paid annually per child

(1st & second terms $1,200 x 2 ) + (3rd term $1,600 x 1) = $4,000 per annum $400.00 monthly

(1st & second terms $1,800 x 2 ) + (3rd term $2,400 x 1) = $6,000 per annum $500.00 monthly

(1st & second terms $2,100 x 2 ) + (3rd term $2,800 x 1) = $7,000 per annum $600.00 monthly

Value added tax per the current rate provided by law will be applied to your payment invoice and delivered to the email on file 2 weeks before and a reminder again at 1 week before its due date.

PAY BY THE MONTH

(This method is consistent with our financial assistance program and therefore must be applied for and approved by the principal.

(It is not an automatic option of payment.)

Parents unable to pay by the term are required to provide a Credit Card which will be debited on the same day monthly.

PAY BY THE SCHOOL YEAR

By far the most economical method of payment yielding a $300.00 reduction in cost across a single school year. What a savings!

TERMS

A Greyford Academy School Year is comprised of 3 academic terms:

Term 1 Fall Term:

Initial invoice delivered: May 15th

Reminder invoice delivered: May 25th

Fees Due June 1, annually

Term 2 Winter Term

Initial invoice delivered: September 15th

Reminder invoice delivered: September 25th

Fees Due October 1, annually

Term 3 Spring Term:

Initial invoice delivered: January 15th

Reminder invoice delivered: January 25th

Fees Due February 1, annually

Late Tuition past 5 days is subject to $100 late fee applied on the sixth day.

Payment of the aforementioned late fee does not prohibit the said child from being removed from classes due to tardy fees.

FIELD TRIPS

Local field trips, programmatic trips, and athletic trips are all provided at an additional cost that is communicated at a minimum of 2 weeks before the event.

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

First child pays regular tuition indefinitely at Greyford.

Second & additional children (birthed by the same parent) pays 25% less per child per term.

Offered only to siblings of existing students or

or in a case where siblings are on-boarded at the same time.

Children must be proven siblings by birth.

AFTERCARE

After Care is available at no cost through to 5pm daily.

Children collected 5:01 + are subject to a $5.00 fee daily

Children collected 6:01 + are subject to $20.00 fee daily

Aftercare fees are tallied and billed as a line item with monthly tuition as Greyford is a cashless environment.
